I did it! I convinced myself to do my cardio workout in the morning 🙂 *proud*. I completed a 45min interval workout on the stationary bike. It still felt strange to be dripping with sweat at 8 in the morning…But I felt super afterwards. I also knew that there was a suuuuper yummy breakfast waiting for me 🙂 I made my Chocolate chip baked oats yesterday evening. After my shower I cut myself a peace (or 2) and heated it up in the microwave. So good!
For lunch I took my fall salade from yesterday and wrapped it up in a whole wheat tortilla wrap.
